The issue
The Milan Diocese (Catholic Church) decides to spin-off its non-pastoral properties, in order to optimise the portfolio management.
The IDSC Milan (Diocesan Institute for Clergy Sustenance) is created to run this operation, its objective beeing the support of the economical self-sufficiency of the Catholic clergy.


The solution
PRAXI provides a two-step assistance to IDSC Milan: the first activity concerns a complete inventory of the properties (more than 22.000 cadastral parcels of land and 6.000 building parcels); we supply both the on-field survey and the administrative regularisation.
