The issue
A major merchant Bank receives the proposal to finance and possibly to take a stake in a project concerning a new amusement park, within an important city in Southern Italy. They have no direct experience of the sector and are concerned with the risks of the operation; on the other hand, they do not want to lose what appears to be an interesting investment opportunity.


The solution
