The issue
Poste Italiane has decided to start a complex project aimed to the optimisation of its real estate portfolio, including the systematic inventorying and valuation of all their operating properties.
This activity will involve 3.200 items, located throughout the whole country.


The solution
Thanks to the widespread presence of PRAXI in Italy (11 offices) and to the consolidated experience in the real estate market at both local and national levels, PRAXI has reached the main goals of the projects: rapidity of execution, reliability of valuations, consistency of criteria and methodology.
