The issue
The Milan Fair, one of the most important european exhibition company, has started the realisation of an External Pole, a new exhibition area, based on a area previously occupied by a refinery, in the north-west surroundings of Milan.

Further to the construction of the main site, the company has a plan to build some indefinite complementary functions.


The solution
PRAXI is involved in the project by the Milan Real Estate Stock Exchange. The assignment includes an in-depth analysis of the socio-economic and demographic characteristics of the territory, a bechmark study referred to the main real estate functions and a compared valuation of the different exploitation alternatives.

The feasibility study provided by PRAXI allows the identification of the main parameters for the exploitation of the area and to appreciate the economical value of the whole operation.
